You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use jli18. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. No exceptions apply.
One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your jli18 account credentials.
All bonuses and promotions on jli18 are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse or multi-accounting to obtain multiple bonuses results in account suspension.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal.
All jli18 games use independently certified RNG systems. Manipulation, exploitation of software errors, or use of automated betting systems is strictly prohibited.

Access to and use of the jli18 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of their account's existence:
You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any feature of the jli18 platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Players regardless of the game type, bet amount, or nature of use. jli18 enforces this age requirement in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR-aligned standards applicable to real-money online gaming. Misrepresentation of age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of discovery.
The jli18 platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. Players from Prohibited Jurisdictions — countries or territories where online gambling is illegal or where jli18 does not hold applicable operating authorizations — are prohibited from registering or using the platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of jli18 is lawful in your jurisdiction. jli18 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for Players located in jurisdictions not served by the platform.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jli18 account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or any other means of circumventing the single-account requirement — is strictly prohibited. Players found to hold multiple accounts may have all associated accounts closed and all balances forfeited without prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading information — including but not limited to incorrect name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
Upon successful registration of your jli18 account, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through that account, including all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawal requests submitted, and all communications sent from the account. This responsibility applies whether or not you personally authorized the activity, unless jli18 is notified immediately of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jli18 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jli18 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorized access to your jli18 account, you must notify jli18 support immediately.
jli18 accounts are personal to the registered account holder. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or gifted to any other individual. Any funds within the account are associated with the registered account holder only. jli18 reserves the right to void any transactions conducted by a third party using another Player's account credentials.
jli18 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including as a condition of processing withdrawal requests, handling account recovery, or investigating account activity. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID. Failure to provide required KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jli18 may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
All financial transactions on the jli18 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). jli18 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own standard charges, for which jli18 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal is processed; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived balances may be withdrawn; (c) jli18 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by jli18's compliance review systems; (d) withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account, or to verified Philippine bank accounts or e-wallets in the Player's registered name.
Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to the registered Player are not permitted. jli18 reserves the right to return funds deposited from third-party sources and may suspend the associated account pending investigation.
jli18 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general terms apply to all jli18 promotional offers unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion-specific terms:
The jli18 platform offers real-money gaming across multiple categories including live dealer casino games, slot games, sports betting, fishing arcade games, online bingo, and sabong. All game outcomes that are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology are governed by independently certified RNG systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer in real time under controlled studio conditions.
All game results and bet settlements on jli18 are considered final once confirmed by the platform's system. In the event of a technical error that materially affects a game outcome, jli18 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund all stakes placed in that round. jli18 does not guarantee that all games will be available at all times and reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game for maintenance or technical reasons.
Sports betting markets on jli18 are subject to the individual market rules displayed within the sportsbook section. In general: odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be settled; jli18 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by pricing errors; live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be declined or voided in the event of communication delays; and bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on jli18. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by game type, market type, and Player account tier. jli18 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Players or game types at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli18 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

Upon account closure, any valid real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player using their verified payment method, net of any funds under investigation for fraud or regulatory review. The timeline for return of funds will be communicated to the Player at the time of account closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli18 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jli18 platform, including but not limited to:
jli18's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the account balance held by that Player at the time the claim arises, unless a greater amount is required by mandatory applicable law.
jli18 collects, processes, and retains Player personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering a jli18 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jli18 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
jli18 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform. jli18 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that affect Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility requirements — will be communicated to active Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Non-material corrections, clarifications, and updates to reflect regulatory changes may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jli18 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to jli18's internal dispute resolution process. Players must notify jli18 in writing of any dispute within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. jli18 will endeavor to respond to and resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jli18's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits jli18's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is necessary to protect jli18's legitimate interests.
